Do you collect sales tax?
We collect sales tax for orders that ship within Illinois. Where applicable, sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout after you’ve entered a shipping address.
Is there a volume discount?
A volume discount may apply for special orders in higher quantity, please inquire for specific requests.
What is the lead time?
Items listed on the website are available to ship immediately. For special orders in higher quantity please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Lead time would vary depending on the individual manufacturer.
Room406 will process your online order within 48 hours. Standard shipping via UPS or FedEx within the continental US is complimentary with the exception of lighting and furniture. All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages. Please allow 5 working days to prepare orders for shipping. We will notify you via email with tracking information when your item(s) ship.

Returns and exchanges
While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your Room406 purchase, we realize that something may not work the same way you envisioned for your home. Items purchased from Room406 may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of order delivery or store credit within 45 days of order delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

If an item is a gift please let us know via email so we can adjust the return policy if necessary. All items must be returned in original condition and can be returned for store credit.
All vintage is sold as is. All sales are final on sale items.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless a product is determined to be defective or damaged. Shipping damage must be documented by freight carrier.
